Are there any requirements when it comes to integration with Interkassa?

Yes, there are. We check your website to make sure it’s entirely ready for customers to use.

Your business activities have to conform with a law of the country where you provide services or sell goods.

The website has to be publicly available with no need to use login and pass to access it.

The site has to offer all the necessary information about goods/services and the company.

 

How much does it cost to integrate Interkassa payment services?

We don’t charge any registration or subscription fees. You pay just a transaction fee. Percentage of the fee depends on your business model and payment methods.

My website is built using CMS platform. Can I use Interkassa services on my site?

Yes, you can. We have a set of ready-made plugins for the most popular CMS platforms. Pick the one that suits your needs and integrate it into your website within a couple of simple steps.  

How long does it take to withdraw funds from Interkassa account?

99% of withdrawals take up to 24 hours.

Merchants with a contract can withdraw money to their bank account every day. It happens automatically.

Contractless merchants can withdraw money within 1-2 business days.

 

What payment methods do you offer?

Interkassa offers 70+ payment tools such as Visa and Mastercard cards, online banking, e-wallets, cryptocurrency, mobile banking, self-service payment terminals.

You can choose a set of tools that fit your business needs and accept payments from more than 50 countries.  

 

What currencies are available?

With Interkassa you can accept payments from all over the world.

Ukrainian Hryvnia, Russian Ruble, Euro, US Dollar, and Georgian Lari are available for every merchant by default.

You can enable other currency options on an individual basis.

 

What notifications will I get from Interkassa?

You can enable SMS or email notifications, and we will send you a message whenever a transaction happens on your website.

From time to time, you will get an email with the latest Interkassa news and updates.

Can I customize a hosted payment page?

Interkassa payment page is entirely build to make the checkout process seamless and fast across both mobile and desktop devices.

To customize checkout experience for your customers, you can add the company's logo and unique description, change colors or font

Can I accept online payments with Interkassa if I don’t have a checkout page on my website?

Yes, with Interkassa, you can create a payment link and send it directly to your customer via email.  

Who can work with Interkassa?

Interkassa offers payment services for both companies and individuals.

A merchant with a contract can withdraw funds to the corporate bank account.

Contractless merchants withdraw funds to bank card or e-wallet.

 

How does Interkassa protect merchants against fraud?

We use comprehensive Anti-Fraud system to prevent fraudulent activity: profiling, automatic anomalies detection, manual review of the non-typical transactions by a Fraud and Risk Officer.

Every transaction is automatically checked with a set of rules, gets scored and classified according to its risk level. If the Anti-Fraud system detects non-typical activity, a Fraud and Risk Officer checks transaction manually.

Such approach allows to achieve a balance of security and high conversion rate.

In 2017 we set up a bug bounty program to eliminate any possible technical issues and make sure our platform is trustworthy.

 

How does Interkassa protect cardholders’ data?

Interkassa is certificated as a PCI DSS Level 1 Compliant. It means Interkassa has the highest data security level and meets the requirements of International Payment Systems (Visa, Mastercard).

Interkassa uses Comodo SSL certificate to transmit data securely. On top of this, we have advanced Anti-Fraud system and a team of top-notch Fraud and Risk Officers.
