Агент технічної підтримки (Support L3)
Interkassa, founded in 2009, is a Ukrainian platform for receiving payments. We have been developing different services that help to accept payments on web sites, mobile apps and social networks.
Today Interkassa is:

- representative office in Europe and CIS;
- 60+ payment methods;
- trust of 4000 customers.

We invite those who are ready for the following duties:
- Customer advising and support in the service integration issues of different complexity;
- Analyzing external and internal malfunctions;
- Consulting on the issues of the CMS module installation and assistance in settings;
- Testing payments in order to find software failures;
- Processing of incoming requests via chats and e-mail (b2b);
- Recording system failures/bags in Jira.
You are our ideal applicant if you:
- Can deal with logs;
- Know HTML/CSS/PHP/SQL/API;
- Have a good command of English (B2 and higher);
- Possess strong communicative and analytical skills;
- Are experienced in Jira/Postman/CMS modules/Ticket Systems;
- Understand e-commerce business models.

🧑💻 Remote Work or Office Work
Currently we work mostly remote; however, the office in Kyiv is open. So if you feel like meeting your colleagues in person or changing the scenery, you can come there on any working day. The office is in 7 minutes’ walk from the underground. It has a spacious kitchen, lounge-zones and a shelter in case of air raid sirens.

We have managed to adapt the business to the new realities: we continue to develop the product and enter new markets. We preserve job positions both for those who are at the front line and for those who are in the back areas. Everyone in our team receives salaries fully and without a delay.
🏝Paid Annual Leave and Sick Leave
You have 24 days annual leave. If there are still some days of vacation unused at the end of the year, you can use them during the following one. In case of illness, you can be cured and gain strength as long as you need: we do not require certified sick leave.
